Interview:

Art and music are a chance to speak truth. It is the common language of souls around the world and binds us all regardless of religious traditions or upbringing or intellectual understanding. As a composer, music is a personal revelation. A revelation of choice, and love and something in the universe greater than self. I am especially drawn to the power of instrumental music. It frees us from the world of duplicity, words, and concepts. It allows a brief chance to venture beyond intellect. Music is present in the now. In the act of it’s creation and performance, the moment is savored. Tomorrow is unimportant. Music is a gift.

“As a composer, music is a personal revelation. A revelation of choice, and love and something in the universe greater than self.”
– Jonathan Adams, guitarist in Montana Skies
