Interview:

Music gives man a method to communicate that is stronger than words. We can communicate directly with emotions on different levels through music. Music is the language of the soul, and it is an extraordinary way of looking into other people’s minds by listening to their music. As well as reading books, listening to music also makes us think and develop our thoughts and emotions further. No language speaks more powerfully than that of music, and when it hits us right, it opens a direct line to the soul. Playing music and expressing yourself through the use of music can lead to a trancelike state of mind where all focus is on the music, and the feeling you get when you reach this state; often during concerts, I think it can be compared to the state of mind which people also try to reach through meditation or praying.

“Music gives man a method to communicate that is stronger than words.”
