Interview:

I do not see music as spiritual, but pertaining to the mind. Music is indeed, amongst other things, food for the mind. It is something that can stir an emotional response, provoke thought, introspection, excite, and inspire us. Music is so much more; it is something that we can live through and feel. For me, music is something that I create and listen to, in order to help maintain the equilibrium of my mind through the release of emotions, energies, and thoughts. Music allows me to express and embrace the deeper and darker levels of consciousness and recesses of my psyche. It is my raison d’être.
